rental policy:

we ask that you treat our props as if they were your own…general wear and tear is accepted however if an item is missing or damaged a repair & replacement fee will be charged. 

items can be picked up and returned from our warehouse at no additional charge during regular business hours.  

for pick up/return outside of business hours there is an addtional fee. 

delivery and pick up can be arranged with 48 hours notice and an addtional fee to be determined by location and size of order.

class policy:

please arrive on time for classes as they will begin promptly and well, you don't want to miss anything do you?

payment in full is required to reserve your place, class sizes are limited.

there are no refunds for cancellation or if you 'skip' class... however if you cancel in advance ( 48 hours ) you can use the class fee as credit towards a future class...

now for the good news...all of the super great things you make in class are yours to take home & show off your skills! everything you will need in class for materials, tools and supplies will be provided... check your class description, you may even have a new set of floral tools coming your way ;)

our hope is that you will walk away with a little more knowledge that you walked in with and most importantly that you had a great time too! our classes are hands on and we keep them on the smaller side so that individual attention can be provided... first timer? or have some floral skills already our goal is to provide a great experience while showing you a bit of the Quade. design approach and pass on some of the tips and tricks we've learned along the way!

all workshops happen at our studio in red hook,brooklyn @ 481 Van Brundt St. #7C
